Privacy Policy
At Saventoriva Editorial Verde, S.L. (hereinafter 'Saventoriva') we consider the protection of personal data an editorial and social commitment. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and store information from users of saventoriva.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.

2. Data we process
We process the data that the user voluntarily provides through the subscription form to the weekly Eco bulletin: name and email address. We may also process technical browsing data for statistical and editorial purposes, always anonymised or pseudonymised.
3. Purposes
The purposes of processing are: (a) to manage the delivery of the newsletter and editorial communications related to renewable energy and sustainable agriculture; (b) to respond to queries from users; (c) to compile aggregated statistics on the use of the website for editorial improvement.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis of the processing is the express consent of the user, obtained through the corresponding tick box in the subscription form. Consent may be withdrawn at any time by writing to privacy@saventoriva.com.
5. Retention
Data will be kept as long as the user maintains the subscription to the bulletin or does not request its deletion. Technical backups will be kept for the legally required periods.
6. Recipients
Saventoriva does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as required by law. Some technical service providers, such as web hosting and bulletin delivery, may process data as data processors, always within the European Economic Area and with the guarantees required by current regulations.
7. User rights
Users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@saventoriva.com. They may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
